Personalised programs developed specifically for your needs and goals. Small groups of up to five clients per coach, 1:1 or 1:2 sessions available.
At Centre of Strength and Wellness, our exercise programs are developed based on scientific research and current best practice. By focussing on movement pattern improvement as well as a heightened sense of body awareness, our highly qualified Strength and Conditioning (S&C) Team will help you achieve your exercise goals.
Incorporating an extensive understanding of specialised training techniques combined with degrees at a Master’s level, we plan and develop unique programs that maximise positive outcomes. With the support and collaboration of our other health practitioners, the S&C Team ensures all measures are taken to prevent injury and support improved performance.
Our programs include:
- Rehabilitation developed in partnership with our Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologists, Yoga, Meditation and Mindfulness teachers
- Injury prevention programs
- Functional strength and power development
- Recovery strategies
- Individualised S&C programs
- Development of speed, agility and endurance
- Mobility programs
An assessment with one of our Physiotherapists or Exercise Physiologists and a one on one to guide you through your tailored program is required prior to joining one of our S&C small group sessions.
