At Centre of Strength and Wellness, we see Yoga as an integral part of our holistic services. Creating a support to enhance the capacity of your body, mind and breath, we offer a range of class styles and workshops that are suitable to all levels of experience and ages.

With a renewed focus on designing classes and workshops that centre around releasing stress, fatigue and tension, as well as grounding movement practice for all levels of experience; we are currently finalising our Yoga offerings for 2022.

Active Flow + Stretch
A combination of dynamic sequences perfect for all levels. In our Active Flow + Stretch classes, we will guide your movements (Active Flow), deeply connecting with your breath and in turn creating space + freedom in the body and a calmness in the mind.

With the use of props, these classes support the development of strength, mobility, balance and awareness (Stretch).

Incorporating breath work and mindfulness and set in our larger studio, Balance, our Active Flow + Stretch class is suitable for all levels of experience.

Gentle Flow + Stretch
A combination of gentle movements perfect for all levels. In our Gentle Flow + Stretch classes, we will guide you to move slowly and intuitively (Gentle Flow), deeply connecting with your breath and in turn creating space + freedom in the body and a calmness in the mind.

Designed to release stress, fatigue and tension, the use of gentle movements combined with longer holds improves flexibility and mobility (Stretch). We encourage the use of props to help promote myofascial release.

Incorporating breath work and mindfulness and set in our larger studio, Balance, our Gentle Flow + Stretch class is suitable for all levels of experience.

Restorative Yin
A combination of gentle movements perfect for all levels. In our Restorative Yin classes, we will guide you with the use of gentle movements combined with longer holds to improve flexibility and mobility (Restorative).

This deeply connects with your breath and in turn creating space + freedom in the body and a calmness in the mind. We encourage the use of props to help promote myofascial release.

Incorporating breath work and mindfulness and set in our larger studio, Balance, our Restorative Yin class is suitable for all levels of experience.

Yoga Foundation Series
A series of classes exploring foundation shapes and movements. Perfect for beginners, the returning Yogi and those looking to further explore their practice. Our Yoga Foundation Series can be booked as individual classes, however we recommend attending the series in its entirety to gain a deeper understanding and familiarisation with the sequences and practice.
