Yep, we’re still at home. Please know we remain here for you to support your health and wellness journey, and look forward to welcoming you back into the centre very soon.

Until then, as well as moving our regular Yoga and Strength & Conditioning scheduled classes online (existing class packs have also been extended for an extra week to help get you through this circuit breaker!) – we’re adding in some extra community classes listed below for everyone to login and enjoy.

Thank you to our incredible team of teachers who will be delivering our ‘added extras’ for you to relax, restore and rejuvenate with – we’re sure you’ll agree their passion and dedication to ensure everyone feels supported throughout this time is so greatly appreciated!

* This class is suitable for kids and adults alike, providing some mindful rest and short meditation to break up the day
