Why do I need an assessment prior to starting a small group class?
All new clients require an initial assessment prior to joining one of our small group classes – Strength and Conditioning, Physio Active Movement 1:4 (Clinical Pilates) or Exercise Physiology. This will allow our team to undertake a comprehensive review including detailed history and injury profile combined with identifying your goals and expectations, creating the foundation for them to best plan your personalised programs in one of these three classes.
