At Centre of Strength and Wellness, our Exercise Physiologists specialise in musculoskeletal, metabolic and cardiac health. We offer extensive testing for the assessment and management of many common conditions as well as movement competency and running gait analysis for sports based performance. We also work closely with our experienced team of allied health professionals to ensure every client is managed and progressed according to their individual presentation(s) and needs.

An assessment with one of our Exercise Physiologists begins with a discussion around the many aspects of your wellbeing including your priorities and goals, current and previous exercise regimes, movement, current and previous pain/injury status, current workload and nutrition.
Our Exercise Physiology Small Group classes are limited to three clients per session, and can provide you with a a smooth transition into our Strength and Conditioning classes when requested. When recommended, these group sessions will follow your assessment and one on one follow up, with a specific focus on dynamic posture and movement technique.
