Assessment

Before joining one of our Strength and Conditioning, Physio Active Movement 1:4 (Clinical Pilates) or Exercise Physiology classes, an assessment is required.

This allows our team to undertake a comprehensive review including detailed history and injury profile combined with identifying your goals and expectations, creating the foundation for them to best plan your personalised programs in our small group sessions.

One on One Follow Up

Following your assessment, a private one on one follow up session is required prior to joining one of our small group classes. This will enable our team to further develop technique and movement for either your Strength and Conditioning, Physio Active Movement 1:4 (Clinical Pilates) or Exercise Physiology sessions.
